Join us for a guided tour East Hampton’s original artist studio and learn how the Thomas and Mary Nimmo Moran transformed perceptions of nature and especially the American West during the late 19th century. You’ll tour the grounds and interior of the Studio and experience how the building functioned as a home, artmaking studio, and entertainment space. You’ll also learn about Thomas Moran’s painting, Ulysses Deriding Polyphemus, which is displayed exactly where he hung it after the Studio was built.
