Special Event with Preservation Long Island: Dominy Shops Museum and Hook Mill Tour

Join Preservation Long Island and the East Hampton Historical Society for a guided tour of the Dominy Shops Museum and Hook Mill led by preservationist Bob Hefner. This special tour will take visitors through the 18th-century woodworking shops of some of Long Island’s most celebrated craftsmen. Bob will highlight original Dominy pieces from the East Hampton Historical Society’s collection and share details about the site’s recent restoration. After touring the Dominy Shops, attendees will take a short walk to the Hook Windmill, which was built by Nathaniel Dominy V in 1806.
