Visit the Dominy Shops

During your visit, you’ll learn how the Dominy shops and home returned to its original location where three generations of East Hampton’s most acclaimed woodworkers and craftsmen made everything from cradles to coffins in the late 18th and early 19th centuries. In addition to the restored carpentry and clockmaking shop, you can see an array of clocks and furniture on display in the Dominy’s reconstructed house, which now serves as an exhibition gallery.
