After visiting the site, you’ll tour the historic Ocean Avenue district and see the gorgeous “cottages” of East Hampton’s original summer colony and hear the stories of the wealthy families who, like the Morans, vacationed in East Hampton and introduced the iconic shingle style of building here.
Meet at the Thomas and Mary Nimmo Moran Home and Studio, 229 Main Street, East Hampton. Note: Onsite parking is extremely limited so please park on James Lane. Leader: Irene Daria, 917-854-5296. irene@stepstutoring.com.
