Visit and tour the Moran Studio & Garden

Visit the home and studio of Thomas and Mary Nimmo Moran with museum educator, Lucas Aja. While touring around the site, you’ll learn how the Morans made “remote and mysterious regions accessible to the American public through paintings, drawings and illustrations,” according to the acclaimed critic Joni Kinsey, “and influenced an entire generation’s understanding of its country.” The tour visits the Morans’ studio and garden, and features paintings, etchings, and other artwork by both Thomas and Mary Nimmo Moran.
