DESCRIPTION:Join us for a guided tour of East Hampton’s original artist studio and learn how the Morans transformed perceptions of nature and especially the American West during the late 19th century. During a self-guided tour of the Studio\, visitors can experience how the building functioned as a home\, artmaking studio\, and entertainment space. As a special treat\, you can see Thomas Moran’s painting\, Ulysses Deriding Polyphemus exactly as he displayed it in the Studio. \n229 Main Street\, East Hampton. \nFree for Members of the Historical Society and $12 for Non-Members.
