DESCRIPTION:Constructed originally as naval barracks during World War II\, the famed artist\, Ralph Carpentier helped transform the building into the East Hampton Marine Museum in the 1960s. In addition to learning about fishing and whaling on the East End\, you’ll understand how our relationship with the sea has changed over time.
