Ralph Lauren Supports Mulford Farm

Ralph Lauren and the East Hampton Historical Society are proud partners in the restoration of Mulford Farm, one of America's most significant English Colonial farmsteads.

 Mulford Farm

Ralph Lauren's support will allow the EHHS to complete their goal of restoring Mulford farm to the beauty it possessed during the time of the Revolutionary War  when many East Hampton residents traveled to Connecticut to escape the British occupation.

Background

Ralph Lauren Children StorePolo Ralph Laure worked with the East Hampton community to preserve parts of another historic structure within its Ralph Lauren Children's store. Inside the two-story building is the 300-year old timber frame of what is believed to be one of East Hampton's earliest houses. During renovations, the ceiling frame and original corner posts were preserved and now exposed for public viewing. The EHHS acknowledged Ralph Lauren in 2007 for its preservation efforts during the renovation of the children's store, which opened in April 2007.
